  3. In July 2024, some allegations against SolarWinds and Brown were dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
  4. The SEC also charged other companies like Avaya, Check Point, Mimecast, and Unisys for misleading disclosures related to the cyber attack that originated from the SolarWinds hack.
